Gradwell dot com is a very successful supplier of email hosting, web hosting & VoIP services to the public & small businesses.

• As part of an interim management task, analysed internal software development services & made recommendations to the management. Migrated outstanding 2nd Line Support & Development task list items to NetSuite project management tool.
• Devised & implemented company wide taxonomy to aid categorisation of projects, tasks, issues & incidents; a benefit of the categorisation will aid future analysis of issues & incidents to be able to target resources more effectively.
• Assisted with migration from an existing Help Desk application to Netsuite Support tool, including roll-out to the users.
• Authored specification proposal for integration of a Gradwell white label reseller website into the Gradwell corporate website VoIP provisioning services using a web services API.
